Reservation and Payment Terms
To secure your seminar or training catering event date, Executive Gourmet follows a simple reservation process that ensures proper preparation, menu planning, and service coordination for your event.
A reservation fee of ₱10,000 is required to secure and block your preferred event date. This reservation fee is non-consumable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
A 50% down payment is required upon signing the catering contract. Payments may be made through credit card, bank deposit or transfer, GCash, cheque, or cash.
The remaining balance must be settled at least one week before the scheduled event date.
