Formation Center Function Rooms

• Rooms: St. Matthew, St. Mark, and St. Luke.

• Features:

  • St. Matthew and St. Mark rooms are adjacent and can be combined via a folding wall to create a larger space.

  • St. Luke room is located across the hallway, offering a separate space for smaller gatherings.

  • All rooms have access to a mini-garden, bringing in natural light and a touch of nature to the setting.

St. John Room

• Location: Situated at the rear of the main church, beside the lower crypt area.

• Features:

  • Divided by a folding wall into Rooms A and B, allowing flexibility for different event sizes.

  • Commonly used for devotional activities but available for private events as well.

• Modern Amenities: The Roxy features mirrored walls and posts that add a touch of elegance and facilitate easy styling. A holding room and stage platform are included in the packages, while lights and sound systems are available as optional add-ons.

• Catering Flexibility: While The Roxy offers in-house catering services, clients are welcome to bring their preferred caterers without incurring additional corkage fees, as these are already integrated into the venue rental fee.
